How do I make a reservation and pay for my order? 

Please visit our Book Now Page to make your reservation and pay your deposit.

When will my display be set up and taken down?

We generally set up after 6pm the evening before your requested date and take down after 6pm the day of your event.


Please let us know if we need to make other arrangements.

Do I need to be there when you set up and take down the display? 

Not at all! As long as you’ve prepaid and given us directions, we can take care of the rest!  

What kind of setups do you offer? 

We can customize something for you, no matter the occasion! Just let us know what you’d like! 

Do I get to keep the display? 

No, these are rental displays except for some specific keepsakes.

Are there any hidden fees? 

No, check out our prices at the top of this page. You’ll just pay your invoice before setup, and as long as there’s no damage or missing pieces, that’s it. No extra charge for delivery or cleanup! 


Is it too late to order a card for tomorrow? 

We hope not. Rush orders are handled on a case-by-case basis based on availability. Give us a call and we’ll let you know! – please note that a rush fee may apply for orders made less than 2 weeks out, but we’ll let you know up front.  

Where do you deliver?

We proudly serve Henry, Spalding, Clayton, and Pike Counties and offer free delivery anywhere in the area. If you live in another county, we can deliver to up to a 50 mile radius for a small delivery charge.


Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all rentals are one day rentals. 

  • An initial reservation deposit is due at the time of booking and your balance is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay your invoice in a timely manner may result in cancellation of your booking and cause you to forfeit your deposit. 

  • You agree to ensure that persons at the requested address are informed and aware of our presence – even if it is a surprise.

  • You agree to secure pets and remove any pet waste from yard prior to setup. 

  • You agree to turn off any sprinkler systems. 

  • You agree to read your invoice carefully to check for accuracy and inform our staff of any corrections.


  • You agree to reimburse us for the full cost of any lost, missing, damaged, or destroyed display items.


  • You agree to protect our items from damage. This includes canceling any lawncare services on the day of your display as debris from lawnmowers or contact with trimmers can damage the items. 

  • You agree to bar children, adults, and pets from playing around, sitting or leaning on, or otherwise interacting with display items in a careless or unsafe manner. 

  • You agree not to move or remove the display unless given express written instruction by our staff. 

  • You agree not to place items including but not limited to balloons, string, or any other decoration on or beside your display.

  • You agree to allow us to photograph and or video your yard display for marketing purposes unless we receive express written notification to the contrary. 

  • You agree to allow us to place a small sign including our logo and contact information beside your display. 

  • You agree that this is a rental service, and all items and equipment will be returned to us as specified. 

  • You agree that Tweetys Yard Greetings, LLC, our staff, or owners will not be held liable in any way for injury or damage to persons or personal property during the transportation, installation, display, or removal of your display. 


  • Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Tweetys Yard Greetings LLC. 

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event, you may elect to receive a refund of your booking fee minus your deposit, or may choose to receive credit of your total amount paid toward future services. 


  • If your reservation must be canceled due to inclement weather, we will provide you with a full refund or option to reschedule. This includes lightning, tornadoes, heavy rain and/or wind, and any other conditions that may result in undue risk to our staff, equipment, or supplies. 

  • No refunds will be given due to an incorrect address or date provided to us.  

  • No refunds will be given due to inability to safely access the site – gated community, large or aggressive animals, etc. 

  •  No refunds will be given due to any other situation outside of our control that prevent successful completion of your display.
